First, we check the balance of the cards to make sure that there is enough money on the card to make a purchase. We also check to see if the card has been reported as lost or stolen. If either of these things is true, the card is immediately rejected.
Second, we run the card through a series of tests to make sure that it will work when our customers try to use it. If the card fails any of these tests, it is also rejected. These tests include but are not limited to analyzing the fraud detection mechanisms apparent with the card and rejecting those with any form of 2fa.
Finally, we check the expiration date on the card. If the card is expired, we will not sell it to our customers.
